UPDATE! 32-bit versions of theocbase will be discontinued

Hello all!

Since there seems to be many brothers still using 32-bit version of Windows OS, we try to do our best to keep supporting it. We can not make planned new features for 32-bit version, but we try to keep it alive so that basic functions (made so far) will continue working at least a little bit longer.

But eventually we are forced to drop support for 32-bit version of Windows OS as it is too complicated and time consumptive to maintain two different versions.
